Important notes about emailing using Active Server Pages.


Mass mailing using ASP is not an efficient way to mass email.
It is rather crude as it can be very resource intensive on the server and also takes a while to run.

It does however work...

But there may be limitations based on a lot of things.

Your email servers configuration.
Your servers configuration.
The amount of users you are emailing.
The Server.Timeout on the ASP page.



So... in theory you should be able to send emails to 1000's of users..

Maybe...

All depends on the power behind your web site and email server as well as a lot of other factors...
